Does anyone ever use the "show ads from another URL" option when setting up a new adsense block? If so why?
I use this option. I have pages on my website that adsense swow Public Services ads. So instead of wasting that adspace with those public services ads i prefer to show others ads. keep in mind that public services ads from adsense don`t pay
I Use it because i dont wana waste advertising space i use other ads when public service ads show this is really helpfull tool you should use it.
You must actually check why PS ads are coming up. I dont see any public service ads in my site, except on special occassions like testing from my local server. It doesnt make much of a difference in my case.
I sort of think of it like, by not changing the feature I'm doing a (very) small service to charity. I think its a good system and google will eventually serve relevent ads so why not. Your probably not missing out on many clicks.
