Yeh, it feels like the global recession has hit our DP's domain BST as well, it seems to be harder to sell any domain nowadays, so I'm looking for other opportunities to make good use of my list of dozens domains. Anyone has any good suggestion? Months ago I heard about "renting" away domain names, but I didnt copied the url..
well it's same in stockmarkets but crisis give all of us a chance to grab both stocks and domains at cheaper price rates I turn this into an oppurtunity.. I continue buying domains.. But I am also planning to work on some of my domains..
heh, mine is a small business and I'm not too sure if I want to renew them (gonna expire in june). =x
I do park them until they get sold. If I have a little content for the related domain, I would not sell them.
You could always develop them a little...add a wordpress blog and a little unique content and then flip them. They might have a better chance of selling that way...and it really doesn't take that much work.

Development is certainly the way to go. Add a bit of content and monetize with adsense, affilliate/cpa links etc. To increase traffic and make it a 'package' you could install a wordpress blog, create free blogger and wordpress blogs, lens. This would make the domain much more attractive. All this can be outsourced of course. Good luck, Rob
