Other than Adsense, which is the best PPC (in terms of payout rates, big pool of advertisers etc)?

BidVertiser is quite popular. I've used Value Click Media, they also pay for impressions.

 

You can tray -cpm. biz, but this one, give a small earning.

 

Don't try CPM.biz they are SPAM ...

How much page visits do they really require.
I applied for value click media when I was having 150 visitors per day and got rejected.
Now I have 2000 visitors per day but when I try to register, the error is that the website is already in database. I sent a lot of queries for re-considering but didn't get any reply.

I would like to suggest you edomz.com. I have way better earning in eDomz.com CPV in compare to other network, because they have the best rate for international traffic and pays for almost every country, I average $3 to $4 and some time $5 for most of my traffic.

The really best 2 cpm networks are these 2, with the biggest cpm rates and with minimum payments of $5 and 15 euro. I am using them on my 2 sites; I have tried a lot of other cpm and cpc ads but not any of them satisfied me, my earnings was horrible.
