I did not find Macy's in CJ. Do anybody know where can I be a Macy's affiliate? Can I use multiple affiliate program like cj to the same site with cj.

For example PopShops lets you mix CJ/LinkShare/ShareASale, etc within the same store. hanji
Do any of linkshare,shareasale accept website outside US? because I 9/10 times my app will be automatically declined in CJ..
