    Actually you should look into Yahoo Answers for other countries. They're entirely different entities. example uk.answers.yahoo.com is NOT answers.yahoo.com

    nothing seems like yahoo answers. its best to have serps in yahoo search.

    I know there is a popular script which makes Yahoo Answers clones. You can always search for sites powered by this script
