    is other SE also have a feature like major SE like SERP and PR?

    Ask and Gigablast are two that maintain their own indexes (I think). There are thousands that use results provided by Google, Live (MSN) and/or Yahoo.

    Norfstar is right - tons of SE's basically piggy back their info from the majors
