    Darioz, somebody cannot send you PayPal money to Moneybookers or to above mentioned paypal alternatives, but PayPal account holder can send money to 2CO since its a payment processing system.

    epassporte works pretty well. There are some services floating around that will transfer funds between the 2 for a fee.
