Other networks without min BID (like AdWords)

Every network have min BID (usually 5 cents), yahoo, adbride, microsoft.... Is there any network without min BID? Like adwords.

 

Google also has a minimum bid, its just that Google fluctuates your minimum bid based on quality of your keywords, text ads and website.
