Sometime when you search a specific keyword in google the first site does'nt just have a link t the homepage but some more links underneath the description to other links inside the site! What do you have to do to have this happen for your own site? apart from rank no1!
Hes asking about like... Search 'Food' in google, and Food Network will have two columns of links under it. He is asking how to get that.
He is talking about double listings and content listings. This is what the "BBC News" listing looks like BBC NEWS | News Front Page Visit BBC News for up-to-the-minute news, breaking news, video, audio and feature stories. BBC News provides trusted World and UK news as well as local and ... news.bbc.co.uk/ - 89k - Cached - Similar pages - Note this England -link Sport -link UK -link World -link U.K. -link Entertainment -link Business -link Scotland -link I asked the same question here months ago, no one really knew how. But I did some research. This is basically how it works, if someone googles a search term, if google sees your site as benificial for that search term they will show your link. Now if you have 2 pages on your site that are benifical for this users search query then google will show both links etc. For example if you run a silver spoons website, you may have a blog on silver ware, online store for silver ware and FAQs on the subject etc etc. So you will need to do some good SEO on your site to get two of more pages ranking equally for a keyword, (this also means healthy number of vistors to the pages). Its not easy but its definately worth it.
