    I'd say V7N too, but it isn't as active as DP (quite inactive at times actually). You could also try this new webmaster community - we're always looking for new members who are keen to post (spreading their sig links as a bonus)

    i think DP is the best by far but you have webmaster-talk.com, forums.sitepoint.com. just go to google and search for "webmaster forums"
