    I'd definitely say check out MODx CMS. Pretty awesome. I'm a huge Drupal fine but I'm definitely digging MODx.

    You could also look at the flat file CMSs that don't use a database. One that shows a lot of promise is RazorCMS, worth a look in my opinion. Another is nanoCMS.
