Other ads with adsense allowed?

    I think you cannot do that... Go through AdSense rules again..

    You can, as long as they don't disturb Adsesne (including popups)

    I also think you can't have them within close proximity of your adsense ads.

    yes, but try to separate them , make sure it like, overlapping or something.

    What do you mean by confuse adsense? I have a plan just put a banner before content which would be completely separate from adsense.

    Confuse means that they must not look like ads from adsense, and you should put a gap between ads from adsense and other ads.

    Ads from other sites should not violate Adsense's ToS. Therefore you can put Clickbank's affiliate links on the same page.
