Other 100% inventory fill CPM network like CPX?

    I'm using CPX as my bottom-tier CPM network now. But their CPM is rather bad, so what other choices do I have that fills 100% of your inventory like them?

    www.axill.com is 100% fill, pays $0.20 cpm, but is bad at tracking.

    If they are bad at tracking then maybe that means they will track about half your impressions which would end up giving you $0.10 cpm. lol. Not sure how accurate their tracking is so I would not know, but I can't see it being that bad so they are bound to pay more if they pay $0.20 cpm.

    I was getting 0.20+ cpm with CPX. But currently only 0.10 cpm

    Worse than that. I was getting around $0.06 CPM with axill.com, so I dropped them.
    Try Globalinteractive. Counts all traffic, and pays in excess of $0.20 CPM.

    you ecpm for CPX is 0.10 cents, eww... I get like 50 cents ecpm in technology niche. I get paid more for international traffic then usa/can
