OT Searches 40k, PR4 Website for Sale

    Hi everyone,

    I'm putting this site for sale:
    http://www.fireplacemantel.name (PR4)

    Articles are new, so assume no traffic, though the site has acquired Page Rank 4. All articles are unique. OT searches over 40k for keywords "fireplace mantel".

    All other TLDs have been acquired. i.e. .com,.net,.org,.info,.biz are all taken. Even those with a dash in between are taken.

    Site can be monetized with Adsense, text links, or affiliate programs. I see Walmart offers 8% affiliate commissions on home products. And yes, they sell fireplace mantels. But I think there are many retailers around who are more specialised, and offer attractive affiliate programs as well.

    This site will be good to add to a network of home related websites.
    All pages use PHP includes, no database, so can be easily migrated to any hosting account. Most paid hosting accounts support php anyway. Adding of pages is easy. Just use a template php and "save as".

    So let's start the ball rolling at $100 (Starting bid), with $10 increments.
    I do have a reserve in mind.
