If you registered a domain name that had only 4 results/sites that had the "keywords" you chose but yet had 70 people a month searching the term would the site be at the top of page #1,pretty much garanteeing most of the traffic?Thanks
There is never a guarantee with rankings, but considering there is little competition, it should be fairly easy. 70 searches is extremely low, and a #1 ranking would, on average, mean about 42% would visit the site. That's only 29 visitors a month, and if you were running adsense and had a 10% CTR, you are only talking about 3 clicks a month.
