    Guys
    I've been with OSHQ For 2 or 3 months now
    I've paid for a year for a reseller account
    but damn OSHQ.com is gone and i have nothing now !
    the owner is not coming online any more and i called him many times but i'm getting a voice mailbox!
    can any one help me and tell me what should i do to get my money back ?

    I've been reading over this thread and a lot of you seem to be complaining about refunds, but you will find a lot of hosts have refund policies and will only refund under certain conditions, for example " 30 day money back guarantee is for first time customers only" I would read their refund policy if they have one, if not it should be in their tos somewhere.

    If however they say they will guarantee your money back if your not happy with the service then they should honour their agreement, no questions asked, and as someone in this thread said, "every case is worthy of a refund"

    I'm not going to take sides here but I thought this advice might help some of you, and I notice half the posters in this thread are banned now lol

    What does IwhiC.COm have anything to do with oshq.com Nothing we are not associated with them at all..

    We bought out a hosting company he was a reseller, he violated the tos and we terminated his accounts for that..

    We have many happy satisfied customers here on DP
