OSHQ Hosting - WORST Of Them ALL.

I just finished talking with Support! I got my site running

 

see things are looking up

 

Check this noob support reply. Now there telling me they "think" i weren't on the proxy server. When i purchased i was on live support speaking with them making sure they had seperate servers and now they come up with this:

 

not shure about the reply, but I know that the person supporting you is well-trained . Just go with it, Im sure he can get you back on track! He helped me

 

their server down for 5 days and jump in back for 2 days and now...down again for almost 2 days. Im totally can't bared with them anymore. A big scammer for proxy hosting.

 

Nope i just no i will have future problems with this host. I asked him politely for a refund and he replied to wait for billing department which is what i will do.

However very unorganized company seeing as its been 3 days now waiting.

Just kidding, but seriously folks, OSHQ is a bunch of pirates just like Danserv and Shoutserv. Stay away from them, they'll be GONE within 3 weeks, 4 weeks tops.

 

You have got to be kidding me.

I am the owner of OSHQ.com and I can tell you we are here to STAY. I have recently added on an oct(8) server to our network and have just acquired two large hosting companies.

I have 3 paid staff members and my business model proves for at least 10 years in operation.

These DigitalPoint offers are all promotional, our prices will be higher soon once we have set our roots. (Current customers do not need to worry, however, your prices and plans will all remain the same ).

We try our hardest to please our clients, but you have to remember, we are only human. Our support team covers almost all hours of the day and we respond to and do our best to resolve tickets within a 12-hour span [normally within minutes].

For the previous client who started this topic, we have reviewed his case and issued him a full refund. We expressed our sincerest apologizes and do not want any of our clients to be unhappy.

 

Look at their website, look at their prices. I think it's stupid when people JUST look at prices and say, the lower the better. You get what you pay for, that's all I'm going to say.

One or two clients who make tirades against us will not hurt our business.

We try our hardest, but it is impossible to please every single person who comes to our website. We are one of the most successful new hosting operations.

Ive been refunded. After being ignored several times. Finally.

 

Only because everyone hates his company now ... lol. He wanted the bashing to stop haha.
