Hello, I would want to say that I've just got this email from the Datacenter staff: As you see it is not our fault, the downtime shouldn't be big. Our servers are experiencing some random reboots at the moment. The downtime affects Titan and Hercules servers ONLY. We are very sorry for the inconvienience and I will keep you updated on the status of the issue. This forum is used to buy, sell and trade web hosting. It is not suppose to be used to announce down time you are experiencing. If your site is down as well maybe it's a good idea to not host it on the same servers you have customers on. Or even better not even in the same network. You could also setup a site say statusoshq.com which customers could use if you inform them of it. I have already reported this topic as I am sick and tired of this forum being used to not even sell anything. I don't appreciate posting a topic and finding it many pages back after a few hours because people feel the need to break the rules constantly.

lol This was 10 days ago, and now.. my site is down for a whole day. And "Live" support is never ever online.
