    I got my refund from HostGod yesterday, after filing the claim, paypal gave me the refund.

    guys I found today that oshq.com charged me $15 :eek:
    how did that happened also I am unable to claim back...paypal is in its favor :S

    ok seems you are having trouble with pp payments
    i think you had the subscription in your pp account
    in that case , no way but the seller must pay you back


    you may also find that transaction , click on more info and find this "claim refund"

    for things like this ( allegorical goods ) paypal %80 refunds the money

    Pay pal will not refund money if it was a subscription payment, It is the buyers responsibility to cancel the subscription not the sellers.

    I am not sure where you get your paypal figures as pay pal will not refund intangible items, most of the time.
