Guy is stuck up and doesn't appreciate a nice guy going out of his way trying to help. I sent him over 20+ templates in different emails so all he had to do is reply (since he act like he wasn't too good with the pc) and this Rich one tells me I'm being annoying. Let me remind you all He has posted 3 post about a DANG template. I'm not helping him and I would tell anyone else not to. He needs to learn how to treat people. If your serious about making money try template monster. I used one for my site and it helped a lot. Think quality! There are templates for less the $60 bucks that will get you started. Especially, the two sites you are referring too.
