I do quite a bit of osc work, but lately I'm getting a number of potential customers that I can't take on. I have two clients that are very good friends and I choose not to take on sites that would compete with them, as I also do their SEO/promotion work. Rather than turn away these potential customers, am looking for one or two experienced OSC developers that have good design skills that I could pass along to and maybe share a small referral fee. Please PM if interested, with a few sites you have done. I have one potential customer in the que right now. Thought I would post here rather than turn him away. I get one or two per month like this.
