using copyright stuff anywhere in net is prohibited as i said filesflash is for porn oly ,u can earn easily 5$ daily by uploading small clips and share in exbii as i do .if u have luck u get sales. as long as u upload por clips filesflash is not going to screw ur acc. they are paying regularly.

BTW made 2 sales yesterday.

I think its time to move out. No new approved users, no payment for approved, no PP sales, no news from oron about situation whith them. They say - waiting - but I asking what for? If they going to change anything why they not inform us?

 

I still can't realize how many users have been approved till now and WHY they have been approved. Any approved user on here willing to take a screenshot of their stats page?

Let me explain to you whats going on.

Anyone who made a significant amount of money on oron was obviously posting content from various high quality producers, and also generating attention to those files (traffic) thus resulting in DMCA.

Quality content + Traffic = $$$ = DMCA issues.

Very few were smart enough to only post disgusting non dmca content (zoo and equally disturbing content).

I'm happy to see that Phil-Flash is putting a nail in the coffin for the shitheads over at kitty-kats, that scammer "Modelshrek" (also known pedo btw) were such a power hungry freak.

The forum didn't allow any links to be premium, except his of course, he posted 100% of his links in premium, and if you so much as posted 1 link with the content he called "his content" you would be banned and he would modify your post to his stuff. I think filesonic showed a great display of integrity when they banned modelshrek and his crew early in 2010 from filesonic, yet they lingered around posting CP and various other illegal stuff on oron for ages until this happened.

I don't think its worth to wait, oron is in a shit ton of trouble as it is they might get back on their feet but it's gonna take awhile.

 

I was approved instantly without any circumstances the day they switched! No waiting and sales/rebill still rolling in (at least for me). Statistics are working fine, even better then ever before. Now waiting for PP comming back, i think its just a matter of time when PP returns, there is no reason why Paypal should not keep cooperating with ORON (even if a few stupid f... from gfy started with sending reports, hell yeah guys, nothing better to do?) They are smart enough to know that ORON is and has always been doing this business smart enough. Since the beginning i remember they taking complains about accounts vilolating TOS seriously and do action against such accounts prompt.

So why should Paypal keep on working with them?
- profit on transactions
- no reason for warez or money laundering like happens on so much other filehosters these days
- no pressure of Government.

My personal wishes would be that ORON now reorganizes their hole reward system and not to approve evey "indian knowledge"- webmaster wants to do a few cents of extra pocket money without any fundamental knowledge what to do and what NOT.

I mean, just look how many people trolling around and posting there income statements on every forum they found and now they wonder why their accounts are yet not approved? I feel no pity with them.

 

thats just one side of the coin. You can easily make a good income even without quality copyrighted material by sending high targeted traffic to it and doing good advertising/marketing on it. But 99% of the people was joining sharehosters rewards programs did so because they have no clue about how to make money online on other affiliate systems with LEGIT WORK and that with uploading tons of copyrighted material would bring in some quick and fast cash to their pockets)

Not sure if zoophilia and/or old banned max hardcore videos would be content to call "legit" but yeah it would swing without any copyrighted dmca notices.

What makes me think oron is super unlegit is the fact that they won't let you delete your own files. Even though your account has been "banned for copyright infringement" many of the "copyright infringement" files are still available and up for sale even though affiliates (who were NEVER notified about any DMCA btw) cannot take the files down.

Oron contacted me twice about DMCA, every single time i was contacted i removed the content from both my site and from their servers, issues? Nope.

Now apparently i have a shit ton of DMCA that i didn't know about, can i deal with it? Nope, i cannot remove my files. Are they up for sale, fuck yeah.

So they hold their affiliates responsible for files, never notify them when they are being taken down from "DMCA" and you are expected to know that if a file gets removed it's by DMCA when there's other factors that can get files removed to.

I just think it's a shitty way to go, not all affiliates were aware of the DMCA, now that we are, let us go in and delete our files that we know are generating the heat, and let us continue working from there.

 

yeah 100% agree with you d4rk0n3. Right now there´s a storm going on that the weatherman couldn´t predict. I guess it also takes that long cause maybe of bad programming the system from the beginning and now having lots of work to do by figuring the shit out manually only with a few associates responsible for that. Think they missed spending some money in a better infrastructure and support. I know its more easy to buy new adult forums and other streams generating fresh traffic and even more money

i don't think so , they seem to locate in India. But it's first time i have heard about Indian service. I get most of the traffic from India.

I have a new problem....80-90% of my files were just deleted. Many of these, I believe, were not even 30 days old. So, if Oron's strategy is to hold on to files at all costs, they aren't applying it to me!

I THINK the problem may have to do with buying an extra premium membership here and there when I reached the dl limit. Perhaps their software looked upon the expiration of one of those 'extra' memberships as the end of my primary. Or, perhaps the original, primary membership HAS expired and I am running on an 'extra' membership. Anyway I am supposed to good until Nov 2012, but so many of my files are dead, I wouldn't want to add to or bump ANY of my current threads on any boards. And, BTW, some of the files were in series with other files that are still viable, so the issue wasn't with content.

The issue of expiration has always been vague with Oron, IMHO. Even though they say they are 'eternal' with a premium membership, I have noticed them pruning non-performing one. That is fine. I just wish the policy were more explicit and there was a due date on each file like there is on other sites.

And of course, there is no response to my request for assistance, at least so far. Damn, after getting thru the review unscathed, this completely blind-sided me. I don't think I want to continue with this company if I don't at least get an explaination. I am tempted to buy a premium extention and see what happens, but I am pissed at them. And I also am uncomfortable, at this point, of giving them a credit card.
