Orkut is in which language ?

Hello Every one..

I want to made social site similar to Orkut for my society. but not knowing in which language Orkut is been coded. I know this is my silly question but really I want know which language I should learn so I can prepare one website similar to orkut. also share some your knowledge regarding to which database I should use....

Support system is in Python you can see .py in URL strings
the main site architecture is in ASP.net you can notice .aspx in URL string

 

Facebook is in PHP, orkut in ASP.net , you can go with any language you are fimiliar with or find helpful. php and asp.net both are powerful as far as database is concerned you can use any db which caters your need. Remember: Facebook uses special db system traditional db architecture will make their site down in few minutes. in asp.net you can code with VB.net, C# or any other .net compatible language
