orkut community owner will have copyright? Indian IT act for copyright have orkut under its jurisdiction?
The copyright is not held by the community owners or the moderators, but my the member who posts it. Where copyright is explicitly expressed or not, it is still copyright to the owner. Though by posting it on Orkut, users may have certain permission, if outlined within their TOS.
There are different types of copyrights If I am not wrong can I copy content by giving credit to that community will it be ok?
Community is an open medium ? Its just expression of thoughts so i dont think there is any copyright unless mentioned!
