Even if GoDaddy sold it to you, it's still infringing a trademark unfortunately.

As webdeveloper has stated instead of buying it from you, they'll force legal pressure onto you which will MAKE you give them the domain as you've registered a domain with their trademark in it ;)

    BUYERS BEWARE!

You had a brilliant idea. Too bad that so many people also had the same reasoning over the years that they decided to call it: "cybersquatting".

Wiki pretty much sums it up:
    http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cybersquatting

You've just lost the money used to register the domain as I doubt anyone will be interested in getting legal troubles with G.

I know you're just trying to get rich really fast but that's probably *not* the most appropriate way. If you want to make some pocket money, you can enroll into the typosquatting activity which might bring some luxurious dollar cents per day: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Typosquatting

G won't even care to the point of getting the domain from you, if they did then it would have been already registered a long time ago.

It's your call. Personally, I'd just keep it in portfolio. Even if the name has a trademark, you can still use it to host a site with a different type of content. As long as you don't compete with the real orkut you should be fine.

Nuno Brito, has given an excellent advice.
In my opinion just hold this domain if possible. Google may buy it from you For $$$(too good to be true :D).

Google won't buy it. They can take it anytime they want with a WIPO action and/or sue you for treble their legal costs plus damages.
