i made a url shortner called orkurl.com,its mainly created as orkut does`nt allow us to keep custom made url`s ... its a custom made script it has a PR1 .. but i dont know how to advertise it .. can anyone help me out

Well such sites are spread by basically by using it urself for eg u post that link on others profile then that users puts it on others so basically its chain advertising
