    The server IP is responding since last 3-4 days it means the server is up and WHM/CPANEL is also installed but still he hasn't created recreated reseller/user accounts as i am unable to log with the use rid/password he gave to me. I think either he lost all our data (domains/websites) or he doesn't own that server anymore. I will wait till tonight else I will claim PAYPAL refund :(
