    I have tried to e-mail him, call him at home and have finally lodged a dispute with PayPal. I believe he lives in North Bergen, NJ 07047 according to the domaintools.com records.

    The domain orionconn.com was created in March this year.

    If Jose gave everyone an update on what's going wrong and how it is being fixed, then I suspect people would be far more understanding.

    The silence treatment will really annoy his customers and there is a good chance his PayPal account will be suspended because of all the disputes.

    I tried to call Jose on his home number that is listed in domaintools.com. I talked to his Dad instead. Apparently Jose Junior lives with is mother. Told Dad to pass on a message to his son that he should at least let us know what is going on and that he should be proud to have a gay and proud son :)

    I suspect Jose bought a Master Reseller account from a bad provider and is now as much in the shite as we are.

    Why is it soooo hard to get cheap and reliable hosting on DP?

    I think I've been ripped off about 3 times this month alone. Haven't lost much cash but a lot of time and frustration.

    Anyone who is out of pocket, I suggest that you lodge a complaint with PayPal.

    Yesterday I've sent him an email and here is what he answered:
    I don't know why he couldn't provide this information by himself, anyway I'm glad that this "story" has some updates and I hope this to be solved soon(as I'm also tired of waiting, though I'm not so limited in time, 'cause my site is still in development).

    I've no idea why Jose replied to me only(maybe you're using wrong email address), but not you - you just have to be grateful to me for providing such an information.

    Well XENDEX, i said MAYBE i didnt said i am pretty sure that you are JOSE.

    Second thing, I communicated with JOSE many times on MSN messenger and also by email, but since his server went down neither he came online on MSN neither he replied to my emails though I sent several. If he is scared to reply then he should atleast make a post here to let us all know what is happening. If JOSE is only communicating with you and not with any of us though we are also his customers then what do you want us to think :rolleyes:

    You maybe telling us the truth and we appreciate you for informing us from his behalf, but we all got so fed up waiting for him that we can only keep guessing things as right now we can't do anything much besides either wait for his reply or file refund at paypal :rolleyes:

    I'm also tired of waiting, but unfortunately I cannot advise you what to do. Besides after three days of downtime without any explanation I was also going get a refund or file a paypal claim, so I notified Jose about my plans.
    I was a little surprised to get a reply, but at least it gave me a hope that maybe this "story" will have a "happy ending".
    So by now I'm waiting for this mysterious "tonight" when everything will be back online...

    P.S. Lucky for me I had only a shared account, so this downtime didn't affected anything exept my nerves :rolleyes:

    I've sent 3 emails, made 2 phone calls and still no response. I'll give it a week then step up the pleading and pay-back.

    It's not the failure of hosting that annoys me, it's the 5 hours I invested setting up several web sites and the complaints from my customers that I have to deal with.

    I think I'll call his Dad again and insist on getting his Mom's number.

    So true SQUADRON, I already wasted a week due to this. I waited for few days for JOSE server to go up but when I didnt heard back from him then I ended up buying reseller hosting account with another reliable company because I cannot let go my premium customers who is using my hosting services since last 8 yrs.
    Its hard to bear this kind of shit in these days of economic recession where every single dollar counts :)

    I changed my dispute in a claim on paypal. I think that anything will go up tonight, and if so I want my money back the same (he said 45 days money back guarantee).
    The only thing I know is that he isn't serious at all.
