    Hello there ! I'm selling my site with greate niche - Alcohol Rehab. Content on page is all unique, only template is from free CSS templates.

    Traffic: 100 uniques per month
    Adversiting: Only one PR3 link !
    Revanue: VERY small - 1$ per month :D
    Traffic is comming from USA mostly. All traffic is comming from direct bookmarks or search engines !

    I think that this site has a great potencial but need to be adversited, but i don't have money and time to do that.
