Selling Original DDL Script Rights and Website - PR 3 - Top in Search Engine Results - $70/mo

Note: I have version 2.0 ready to go. The demo is already running on it. I will have it posted on the site by the weekend. I just need to finalize and package it up for download.

DDLscript is an old project of mine that has been neglected in the past couple of years. I have finally realized I need to sell it to someone with the time to bring it to its full potential.

The site is a Google PR3. It ranks in the top 3 on Google, Bing, Yahoo, etc. for its primary keywords such as "ddl script" and "free ddl script." It is also in the top 12 for other key phrases such as "free ddl." Our listing on Brothersoft is also in the first page for our keywords. All of the site's traffic is organic. we used to have the #1 position for our primary keywords, but since the site hasn't been updated in awhile it dropped down to 2nd or third in some search engines. Once I post the update and it gets noticed by the spiders it will probably jump back up to the top spot.

I have only submitted the site to Brothersoft and hotscripts. The traffic and search engine ranking would definitely improve if you took the time (or paid someone) to submit the site to the many other script/software directories out there.

Recently, the site has been earning ~$50-$60 per month from text linksales (here on DP, via TLA and through BackLinks.com). I have removed the links to prepare for the sale but they used to be under the "Friends" section in the sidebar (above where the Google Adsense links are now). The site also earns ~$10 per month from Google Adsense. We used to earn some revenue through a pay-per-download site but it was only making us $2-3 per month so we decided it wasn't worth the extra hassle for the users.

The script averages a total of 500 downloads per month. The website gets about 2,500 unique visits and 3,500 total visits per month.

I will be available to fix bugs if you happen to find any, although I'm pretty sure I have taken care of any problems in v2.0. I can also help you with additional upgrades you want to make in the future, but that will require an additional fee.

I will post screenshots of traffic and revenue before the weekend.
