    Adsense ads are highly targeted to the page content. Related ClickBank products have been worked into the sites sidebar to provide another revenue source. I have edited the site to use php includes, so you only have to edit one file to make changes across the entire site. You can add links to the menu, edit or

    swap out the adsense ads, change the header text, all by editing just one file.

    The sites content will never be sold again and the buyer will own complete rights to do with as they wish.

    The template is from oswd. The domain name is registered at GoDaddy so its free to push ownership to the buyer and expires 06 March 2008.

    The site is brand new so assume no traffic or revenue.

    If needed, I can enter your adsense publisher ID and your ClickBank ID into the site for you. I can also transfer the site to your hosting at no extra cost.
