    Site is brand new so please assume no traffic or revenue.

    The content is totally unique, written by me and will never be sold or used again, the buyer gets exclusive rights to the content to do with as they wish.

    Keyword research was done before the site was created, the articles are all written around specific keywords and the site has been SEO'd using h1 tags, alt image names, meta keywords & description uniquely created for each page.

    The site has been built using php includes so you can add links to the menu, change the ads (top & bottom) add to the sidebar etc, all by editing just one file.

    Domain name is with godaddy for a free push to buyer. Domain expires March 2008. I can help with the site transfer at no additional cost.
