i am thinking of selling my website buddienet.com but not sure on a price ...I would have to take offers...if someone was interested...

i have put alot of hard work into it...and lots of original content...couple hundred plr articles, a personal design by me. Almost 200 resellable ebook software, websites, and scripts to download ( 182 atm ) With a membership subcription package built into the site..easily make an income from just that. Charge users for downloading...or you can give free, your chioce..

Features a full arcade with 127 highscore tracking games...very functional design...easy to implement your ads. An active forum, an area where members can create there own pages stored at the website.. automatic url submission...so many things to tell about...just have a look.... sign up to get a look at the full features. (You will not get spammed and i will not rent sell or anything your email address)

This site has so much potential for all the areas to be developed into something great..i just dont have the time or knowledge to do so...and of course buddienet.com a very catchy domain name...easy to remember.

As for stats...i recently setup with statcounter.com about 2 weeks ago now...so not much to tell...about 30-40 unique users a day, most traffic comes from alot of offline advertising i have done and still currently so for mths now..i have about a 1000 buddienet business cards as well, search engine traffic, stumbleupon, and from dp...On july 12th i setup a very detailed stats program on the site lets you know very detailed info on your traffic..


For the admin side of the site. it is very easy to operate..easy administration of all areas on the site..

the site has been live for about 5 mths...many active users 196 in total to date...for a while there i was getting about 3 users a day...then it slowed right down for sign ups and traffic picked up...go figure...i am not sure what it would be worth exactly...but would be interested in offers of above $100 to start

The site is pagerank 1 right now...but is predited as 3 -4 next update.. over 4400 link popularity..
Recently traded links with some high pagerank sites...and am recieving trraffic from those sites now..

It is custom designed and setup. I did not write the full code. But i have customized it extensively... But is based on exoops and or xoops cms

Really great website...Easy to run, add, remove, upgrade users on the fly..easy to add more games, approve articles, links, downloads submited and so much more...Many areas still needed to be added to the site but i have not developed yet...

For instance, there is a tutorials area i would like to get setup but havent had the time...I also have a tutorials database that can be added to the purchase..

There is also a classmates, a quiz, quote of the day an send/create ecards area, a personal mailbox where users can check all there email address at once, and send email from the site too..

so many areas availabable, and not yet developed...all come with the site as well as any others i have.....

I have setup a site with a demo of the areas available with the sale of buddienet.com There are many modules available that i havent listed above...

There are so many i just didnt know where to start, when it came to developing them into something more to add to the site...so i just stopped..and continued with the ones on the site curently.

I wanted to point out some of the admin features :

The admin can control literally every aspect of the site with a couple of clicks including the following:

- User/IP Banning ( very usefull for spammers and or problem users...None Yet )

- You can mass email users, moderators, admins, any or all groups ( email all users at once with an advertising email, or setup a newsletter and sell links in it. Many possibilities)

- Individual user permissions, Individual group permissions, Multiple groups possible,users,permissions

- Multiple Admins, multiple moderators to help out around the site. ( You can give permissions for all areas or one or even to admin areas of the site and have them help you develop the areas on the site )

- Unlimited Custom Blocks, for basic html,php ( add whatever code you want in these blocks and tell them where to show up on the site too!. Very usefull )

- Fully Customized Unique Modules, ( also a blank one for you to use for whatever you want, Creat whatever you want in there.. ) That is what i curerently use for the main page,)

- Features a theme directory - to install more themes ( MANY Themes available to customize to your liking.( Can even let users pick there theme if desired. This can be turned off if you choose)

- Easy to Use Module directory - 2 click install for a new module addition

Most every spect of the site can be customized from within the web based admin panel. You will enjoy it...

There are only 5 settings that must be set for the site to work out of the box. (all of which are database & path settings) and located all in ONE file!

yes, i setup this page of admin screenshots. If you want more let me know. Most of the content you see on the site is easily changable in the admin area.

As for a price. Im, thinking around 600$...To me its worth a lot more. Mainly because of all the hard, original work i did to it. I spent a year creating it. Setting everything up, creating new areas. The site has had minimal promotion really. And already 202 users have joined. There have been no paid submissions, just link trades, search engine submission, and some word of mouth for about 6mths now. So far About 40 uniques a day, numbers keep growing.

The domain name alone is worth alot. Easy to remember, catchy name.

As for adsense earnings, I have had channels setup up for different areas were i placed specific ads. To monitor there placement and clickthrough. So it is hard to say exactly. But, i would say into total monthly, 15-20$
