I am looking for a list of article sites which accept unique content only. Unique content article directories get a special trust by search engines because of its quality standards. I know a few actually like.. http://ezinearticles.com/ http://www.buzzle.com/ http://e-articles.info/ Anyone know such more sites? Please share if possible.
That's a good question, there aren't that many. I really don't see why not, since you won't get much traffic with dup articles...
That's what i am wondering too. Even if i submit an article to sites like Goarticles.com (which is high traffic and aged directory) it often happens that, article don't get indexed in search engines. The reason is, ratio of duplicate content. What i am wondering is, they still accept it. Most of webmaster know value of original content directory, there are still not many such sites.
The whole thing is in quality of links. Link in unique article featured on authorative article directory will have very serious weight. You'll never achieve such a benefit if you duplicate this article in dozens of other article directories. One good link - much better than dozens of links with identical anchor and placed in identical pages. I think you should look them in this best article directories list
There are not many unique content directories. It costs the site owners a lot to maintain unique content directories. I think that is the reason why there are not many of them.
Uniqueness isn't black and white. For example, something may be '50% unique'. Should your directory accept that as unique? So what are you really asking? "Are there any directories that enforce 10% uniqueness on submissions"? 20%? 50%? Bottom line - you show me an article form ezines, and I'll show you where ALL the words in it are used someplace else.
With too many article site's I've been sending my articles to, I can't really tell which of them accept unique articles only although I sometimes receive emails about that issues but some of that email goes random for each article I submit to them.
Ezine articles is great and if you have a limited background for writing techniques they send you emails with structures and writing styles to improve your own articles.
It is very hard to find the article directories which accept original content only. At present there are so many directories are there but it is very hard to find a article directory like ezine.
That's just another crappy article directory with lots of dup content. I really don't understand why we webmasters don't come up with such directories? It's quality over quantity.
I think it's near impossible to run an unique article directory. I started an article directory about 15 days ago just too see if there are any advantages of one. So far I would say no. Most if not all submissions are spun articles submitted from article submit scripts and or software. So, the majority of your traffic doesn't even browse your website. I'm skimming over each article and change a thing here and there but I think eventually they (spam marketers) will just keep pounding it with all their junk keyword articles leading me to go crazy and give up on the project. Which is probably why so many article directories come and go. I guess in the end it does them no good sense the sites end up offline.
Well you webmasters should learn first that when you quote somebody, you should blank link because if Mods decide to delete link drop, your quote will have to be edited as well and that is extra work for mods not to mention you are giving to crappy site another backlink. This applies to MelfromBoD and every other user who are not webmaster fastreplies
It's not impossible, you just need to know what you're doing. Also you're going to have to pay for quality submissions. (AC come to mind?) to be successful. Any idiot can start an article directory, I hope you didn't think it was going to be easy, especially after only 15 days.
