Organizing the <head> tags

    Head tags are a big part of a website, what are the best way to organize these

    like Title above meta tags

    all of that above the CSS and Javascript includes

    just looking for some advice

    i put head tags right below body start tags
    and then put hi tags within

    keep it simple really -

    at the very top should be the declaration of character encodings. Which, for instance, could read <meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=iso-8859-1" />

    only bother with description and keyword meta tags

    you may have javascript commands

    most webmasters like a line that points to an ico file (favicon)

    One more place where keywords count a lot. But beware that your page has actual text about the particular keyword.
