    Hi!

I am trying to organize my company these days, to plan ahead, and I am asking myself if you can help me with how a web development/design company should be properly structured.

I will start and please let me know your opinion on this:

    Management/financial services
    1) manager/administrator
    2) financial services/accountant

    Development
    3) developer(s)
    4) web designer(s)

    Marketing and sales

    5) link builder(s)
    6) copyrighting
    7) SEO
    8) sales people

From your experience and your knowledge, please. Also, a bit more than regular "I do it everything" kind of service, I would like to be structured. Maybe some jobs can be covered by the same person? like development-SEO for ex.

    Thank you!

Isn't here anybody running an actual web development company that asked himself/herself such questions?

I don't think you need this big of a staff unless you have so many clients you can't handle all of these tasks yourself. Most big companies I see nowadays started with only one person or maybe a few at the most.
