    organic rank means you will get no of result in major search engine likes Google/Yahoo/MSN etc for your specific key words that you targeted for your sites.

    and Alexa rank is describing Targeted traffic to your site it's shows traffic no rank for your sites.

    Organic results means the free traffic from various search engines as described by robert gallagher alexa comapres each and every sites traffic and according to that is prepares ranking for your site.

    alexa ranking depends upon the pi of the vistors your site gets on net.

    Organic rank is the search engine results itself. while alexa ranking is referring to traffic rankings.
