Hello mates! What is the best domain to register: .org/net Domain, Plural Domain or Hyphenated Domain? I mean, if my keyword is "Dog Training" and dogtraining.com is already registered. What's the next best domain to register?? dogtraining.org///dogtraining.net///dogtraining.info or dogStraining.com///dogtrainingS.com or dog-training.com I think with the Hyphenated one is the best...but I want to see your opinions ^^
You won't get as much people with dogstraining or dogtrainings as you wouldn't naturally say that in the English language. I would suggest getting dogtraining.net/org if those are open. Then, the hyphen second. And as a last resort the .info domain.
You don't have to have all your keywords in your domain. Personally, I'd get a little more creative with the name and stick with .com.
you can use domain with hyphen so it can contains all the keywords you can get on high rankings on search engines........................
.net and .org are fine. Yahoo really likes dot org and has ranked me in the #1 postion when the domain name matches the keyword.
You could use any of the singular ones and get same results. You can also use the hyphenated one and get same results. Just worry about the term not the domain name if it is net or others. Only worry about domain name when it is country domain name that makes a difference in Seo.
The order to go in is .com .org then .net It seems to me like you're trying to find a keyword rich domain so don't go adding hyphens in it. There is an exception when adding hyphens though. Let's say for example that your keyword is "dog training tips"....There can be an exception to buy a domain as dog-trainingtips.com In other words, including more hyphens than one can hurt the opo. I'm going to have to go with either the .net domain or the .org domain. Why? .INFO domains are a huge pain in the rear to do SEO on. Hyphened domains aren't really attractable to your visitors because they'll think it's some sort of spamming website. Yugo,
