Last of the TLDs for that KW w/ an Estibot value of $140, that's a good start.

Have you contacted the owners of the .net and .com to see if they're interested in buying from you? (keep more traffic for themselves, etc) If so you can collect at least a small profit over your "assumably", recently purchased registration cost.

Even better, it appears most other extension are taken so you could contact the owners of the inferior valued .info, .biz, .us, .co and see if they would be interested in your higher valued TLD.

Most people recognize the top 3 (.com / .net / .org) but see little value in other extensions so the trust value for their prospective customers would be higher via your .org.

Seems to have decent search volume on the big G and I notice you have two separate searchers for this term, those that see it as 1 word (2,400) and the more common version as 2 words at 4,400 so if keeping as a site I would target both groups by writing pages and/or post with both versions with the higher one obviously being best choice.

There's an audience out there because of the search volume demand, adsense would "seem" to be a good choice at 1st, but google shows comp as low which means there likely is not many advertisers so that probably wouldn't be it's best use.

Some breakfast shop somewhere may love to have it.... just have to find them!

    Hope it helps -
