Orders Canceled, But I Seller Doesn't Refund!

    Hi,

    Even though the amounts are small, but please let me know what to do!

    I bought three $5 amazon e-gift cards at ebay for $0.99 x 3, then the seller told me there was some problems with the ebay listing, the amounts listed are incorrect, so I accepted his requests to cancel those orders. Now he is still selling other items on ebay, but he doesn't refund! I am waiting for his replies... what else can I do now?

    Any advice will be appreciated!

    You can always initiate a charge back... if the transaction was carried out with Paypal! :)
