   I try "order by id desc" in SQLite but did't work, is SQLite has different syntax for ordering ?

   That should work fine (SQL as understood by SQLite).
   
   You could also try querying the database with a SQLite GUI, it sometimes easier than "test query" with PHP. I can recommend the SQLite Administrator GUI (free).
