Ordered additonal licenses

    Ordered another block of licenses along with more Account Class slots to your billing @ digitalpoint.com address on 13-Feb-06 but haven't heard anything back. Do you know if its being worked on or was received?

    Same Here, left message on Voicemail last week (2-15-2006), and also mailed . Left another voicemail a few hours ago, need an additional 1000 licenses ASAP.

    Just left my third phone message. I also forwarded a copy of the previous email I sent to to that address again. Is there something else I need to do to get this moving forward, or get some contact from digitalpoint?

    I went through and double-checked it, and I'm showing the order was fulfilled this morning (based on the email you sent yesterday), but I never was able to locate the original (Feb 16th) email anywhere, so I'm not sure where it is/went.

    Edited, Initially it only read 16000, I checked in auto task, when I went to a normal client, it read 17000, we are ok, scratch my PM. All is fine here.

    If you are seeing two different values then I would suspect you have two different keys floating around somewhere. Delete any old ones you might have.
