Order tracking using Opti

Does opti support any type of order tracking? What happens currently is: Customer orders DSL or wireless and an email goes out to our staff mailing list with the details. "Hopefully" someone takes the initiative and places the order with Verizon if DSL, or puts it in the installers calendar if its wireless. Here's the problem, order gets placed late Friday afternoon, no one takes the initiative to order it, customer calls following Friday and says "Where's my dsl?" Then the order gets placed but there is now another 7 days till its installed. I need a way to make orders "sticky" so they don't get forgotten. Anything in Opti?

    Thanks

The dates on the Broadband Info screen are used for that. Along with the "Find" button under the Circuit Info Date.

Ok never paid attention, I see the fields, but what exactly do they do? Do they flag the account somehow?

Yeah... the Circuit Info Date is the date the order was sent to the provider. And the "Find" button will find anyone that had circuit info sent longer than whatever threshold you have set (and has not actually been setup yet). That way you can follow up to see what's up with those.
