order problem - what is your solution?

  1. #1
    Need to tweaks so that a customer who orders an item of stock earlier than other customers is given priority.

    For example: A customer recently ordered a flower for delivery in July 2009, they ordered the flower because they knew that we were almost out of stock. However, we have sold out of all flower today and the customer who placed the order has not had a flower reserved.


    What is your solution to fix this problem? I have my own CMS eCommerce.

    I think you should tell the truth to your cilents and tell the reason , give your best way to solve it and ask your cilents other demand ,and finish all the require quickly

    Not so clear. stock = 0 is meanless to shown in your shopping cart website.

    There is no auto solution in this issue.
    You need to manually process the order.
