Order of keywords

I have done some keyword research on DP's keyword tool as well as the usual other free tools available.
I know Overture often displays keyword phrases not in the order they are entered.

    Eg
    high peakhurst school sydney

This does not make sense. I assume the search term would be "peakhurst high school sydney" (Peakhurst being a suburb of Sydney).

If I was to write an article targetting this keyword phrase, do I target the phrase the way I have rewritten it, or do I target the phrase the mixed up way that Overture has spat it out?

What is the general rule on order of keywords in this situation?

I would target it the way it makes sense. So, yes "peakhurst high school sydney" sounds good.

I think we need to make sure the keywords sound natural, or it will be "spammy"
