order hostgator problem

    so i try to purchase a web hosting from hostgator ..and i have some problems.
    I have money with my credit card..i completed the "cases" but same error.

    Maybe you should contact HostGator themselves. From my expirence they are fast and good at responses.

    What error message did you get?

    Did you try hostgator support.
    I use them and they have a *Talk live with support feature.


    ps-Their billing stinks to deal with........

    a new problem ...the account there is not activate ...i call the hostgator i waiting 8 minutes in the phone and i listening music :))

    hostgator is reall very good, you have to call them and activate your account the first time.

    I agree with others who have said that Host Gator is a good company to use. Go to their site and click the live chat link.
