    Hi,

Today I looked at my stats for the last two days for a product I'm promoting it shows 4 order page impressions and 1 order page submit count.

Does order page submit mean a sale? The way it sounds it sure does..

Even though my stats show 1 order page submit count I have 0 sales.

Well today my Order Form Submit Count shows 2 but 0 sales so hopefully this means I made a sale or 2.

I still don't exactly know what Order Form Submit Count means. If someone could explain it to me that would be great cause as far as I know from what it sounds like is someone enters their info into the order forum, then submits it to buy the product. However if it shows 0 sales I'm either wrong or there is a problem with the clickbank order page.

I believe the order form submit count is how many people have tried to submit an order, but their credit card has been declined. So you don't get a sale and they don't the product but they still submitted their order. This happens more than you would think apparently.

Yeah, it means the order didn't go through. Either because the credit card was decline, or I've heard that sometime it is because people try submitting to see if they get lucky and get the product without paying by entering in fake data. Frustrating, I know, but very common.

Even my order submit count is 4, but no $ genrated:
    TOTAL: 195 $0.00 0 10 20 4 0.00% 0 $0.00 0 $0.00 0 0 0 $0.00 $0.00 $0.00 % % --

Does that mean that there isn't any money transferred ?

Don't Feel bad. That's nothing. The other day I had 19 conversions per google conversion tracking and only 2 sales per CB. So you're not alone.

I think there's something wrong with the tracking some how. Maybe it has something to do with the ISP the user is using or something.

It sucks when your doing PPC though to see 19 conversions and then only see 2 sales in your account.

It would be interesting to see if any others on this forum are going through the same thing though...

This is a normal thing. Clicking on a order form submit count means they have clicked on submit but it doesn't imply that they did transaction.
