Order Form submissions don't = $?

I am pretty new to clickbank and I started promoting a product via PPC, currently have 851 hops, 6 order form submissions, $0. Wouldn't order form submission mean a sale?

 

Nope, just means they clicked on the order button and went to the order page.

order form submissions mean that they clicked on the submit button on the order form, it doesn't mean that they entered the information correctly. If they didn't enter their information correctly then analytics will show a submit, but no sale.

 

or if the CB didn't process the payment, for some reason..

 

It is weird because I have 10 order form submits and only 1 sale.

 

I just discovered that when I submit a clickbank order form after entering my zip code and clicking paypal that the order form bounces back and now there is a new field that opened up and wants my county/city so I assume that counts as an order form submit. Should at least happen to people in the US.
