Order Form Impression Count vs Sale

    Hi all,

One of the products that I promote in Clickbank has an order form impression count of 7 of which only one has made sale. The same happened to my other product where the order form impression count was 12 but only one got converted. Is it normal that a customer visits the order page and leaves without ordering. If so, can anyone roughly tell me the ideal ratio of sale to order form impression count.

Yeah, that is perfectly normal. What is a better indicator of something possibly being amiss is the order form submit count versus your sales count. Include a contact on your sites to attempt to capture those sales when people are having problems with ordering.

Yeah, the order form impression will always be much higher than your actual sale count. A lot of people are just curious on the price or they decide to not buy the product for some reason.

As cyclo said, watch for the submit counts to actual sale count. I've had a lot of instances where there will be more submits than actual sales which means the person wanted the product but something went wrong.
