    My best advice to you is not to promise them by any certain date if you know you can't complete them. A broken promise on a time frame is something that can't be done if you want to get clients to work with you for the long haul. Sticking to your deadlines at all costs is the best way to keep repeat customers happy.

    Yeah I would have to say that too, If its going to take awhile then tell me. I've been told it'll be done "today" or "tomorrow" at the latest since the 17th it is now the 20th.
